No7 BB Cream - Normal / Oily

Unless you’re tapped into the Korean cosmetics market or a regular reader of beauty blogs, you’ve probably never heard of BB creams. The initials stand for ‘blemish balm’, which might sound like a euphemism for spot cream, but actually refers to a cosmetic/skincare hybrid. BB creams come in a variety of different formulations containing moisturiser, primer, foundation, and sunblock  all in one.

Before writing a review about the No7 BB Cream i wanted to give it a real good try. I've used a few different BB Creams but not one that is specifically for oily to combination skin types. This is some thing that drew me in to the No7 BB Cream, well that and the fact i had another No7 £5 voucher to use.

On the box - Normal / Oily
Coverage light / Medium
1 simple step provides a flawless healthy complexion for a beautifully  bare make-up look
UVA & SPF 15
Created to help your oily skin behave like normal skin and provide tailored skin nutrition for healthy looking, bright and beautiful skin.
Enriched with No7's unique multivitamin and mineral blend to hydrate and energise skin plus zinc to help regulate oil production.

I have the medium shade, i chose the darker of the two as i like to wear fake tan.
I use it most mornings when i have a tan, on top of my moisturiser and eye cream. All thou BB Creams contain moisturiser i still like to apply my own underneath. I apply it with my Real Techniques buffing brush and it glides on perfectly.
The formula feels non greasy and easy to work with, it blends lovely in to the skin. It feels light and covers surprisingly well for a BB Cream. When using the BB Cream i do use less concealer which is defiantly a plus, the BB Cream covers any redness around the nose and conceals most blemishes.

It gives the skin a nice glowy affect, even after applying setting powder. It moisturises my skin as well so it doesn't feel clogged or dry throughout the day The BB Cream gives a natural even look to the skin and still allows my freckles to show through.
All though i may get a little oily in the day, i just blot and I'm good to go, the BB Cream remains with good coverage. This cream is perfect for people short of time that do not want to look overly made up but who still want to even out their skin tone.

All though i do love the BB Cream, i do think that there should be more of a shade choice. Its a shame that the SPF wasn't a bit higher, I'm getting older and 30 SPF would make this pretty near perfect. The price is a bit expensive but totally worth it.

No7 BB Cream also comes in Normal / Dry and Dry / Very Dry

N07 Beautiful Skin BB Cream costs £12.95 - 40ml sold in most Boots store and On line Here.
