Natracure Cold Therapy Socks
Hot/Cold & Compression Back Support which I LOVE! This time around the focus was on my feet. I have arthritis in both big toes which causes a lot of pain, stiffness and cramping when on my feet for an extended period of time. The Cold Therapy Socks were great in relieving the soreness, pain and cramping that my feet so often experience. I received one pair of socks which included two full foot-length gel packs and two half-size gel packs, which can be used either over the toes or under the heel. I used the half-sized gel packs over the toes since most of my discomfort is around the toes and balls of my feet.
Although the product description says cold therapy, the gel packs can also be used for heat therapy. Just heat each pack for 10 seconds per side and slip them into the socks. Heat therapy works best for my feet rather than cold, so this was a great feature for me. I like to rub my feet with a combination of coconut, magnesium, and lavender oils before putting the socks on. The coconut oil moisturizes my feet while the magnesium draws out the ache and eases cramps. The lavender oil soothes and relaxes my feet into oblivion. After just ten minutes with them on my feet were already feeling like new again. That's a win in my book! Quick, easy, and reliable pain relief is always my goal.
Two weeks ago I made a video about the ways I manage my pain relief for chronic migraine, fibromyalgia, chronic lower back pain, and arthritis. I go over how I use the cold therapy socks and oils. There are links in the video description for all of the products I mention. You can watch it on YouTube here - Natural Pain Management. These socks sell for $19.99, which is a very affordable price for a quality product. They are washable and reusable and provide relief for the entire foot. I highly recommend them to anyone who suffers from sore feet!
